Did You Know – Breathing is the only autonomous bodily system that you can control. Psychologists say that conscious breathing is effective for the reduction of anxiety, depression, and stress. In this session you will learn about the ins and outs of conscious breathing and its stress reduction properties. You will be guided through a conscious breathing exercise.

Cynthia is actively involved in the community, serving on Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG) committees, and UT Health‐San Antonio Community Advisory Board. It is her way of giving back.
