2024 Grant Proposal Solicitation Announcement
Social determinants of health that impact older adults and their caregivers – including economic stability and income support, food insecurity, social isolation, accessible housing, and transportation – will continue to the focus of our grant-making. Individual non-profits will be able to apply for a maximum of $25,000, although the maximum in some markets is less as indicated.

Organizations must apply within our online system by 5pm CDT on May 31, 2024. Proposals will be reviewed by a selection committee, and determinations made by July 01, 2024.
The deadline for grant proposals is 5 pm CDT on May 31, 2024. WCF awards are based on the quality of the proposals submitted; therefore, the Foundation Board of Directors may elect not to award a grant or to award more than one grant in any given area.
