Tanesha Tyler-Carr
Tanesha Tyler-Carr is the Programs and Services Coordinator for the Alzheimer's Association, Dallas and Northeast Texas Chapter. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis with a Minor in Dispute Resolution at the University of North Texas of Denton, TX . With the Association since 2012, Tanesha works primarily with caregivers and individuals with a diagnosis, as a Care Consultant. In this role, she provides one on one care planning, crisis management, and information and referral for families affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementia. Tanesha is also the staff lead for the Alzheimer’s Association's Trial Match Clinical Trials matching program. She trains volunteers to facilitate support groups as well as provides First Responder Training for local police departments in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Tanesha has appeared on the local ABC affiliate Daybreak television program and has been interviewed by local KAAM Radio promoting Alzheimer's Association programs and services.
