Long Term Care Planning
It is never too early to think about aging and your last years or those of a loved one. Join us in learning the steps to a plan for the future that includes progressive conditions and caregiver emergencies. Having a dynamic plan, which includes your circle of support, and can be updated at each twist and turn, will leave you with less stress and anxiety regarding the future. The presenter will touch on having difficult conversations, involving family and professionals, legal and financial planning, placement, and caregiver well-being.

Evalyn Greb
Evalyn Greb graduated in 1973 with a Master of Science in Social Work, emphasis in Community Organization, from San Diego State University and has worked locally ever since. She started two of the State and County’s first Adult Day Health Care Centers, organized and administered a hospital social work department, and procured funding for and administered eight case management programs for elderly and disabled persons while working for the County of San Diego. During the last nine years with the County, Evalyn was the lead staff person for the Long Term Care Integration Project. Since her retirement from the County, Evalyn has consulted with public programs, foundations, and private agencies to improve the quality of life for persons with disabilities and elderly persons. She is a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
