Nestor H. Praderio
Nestor H. Praderio, M.D. was born and raised in Argentina. He is a graduate of the University of La Plata School of Medicine and completed his residence in psychiatry at the Yale University affiliated program of Connecticut Valley Hospital in Middletown, Connecticut.
Dr. Praderio is currently the Medical Director for
• Christus Spohn Behavioral Medicine Department
• Christus Spohn Medical Director of the Geropsychiatric Unit
• Care Regional Medical Center Geropsychiatric Unit
His special interest is focused on Geriatric Psychiatry. He is a consultant of many nursing centers and assisted living units in South Texas.
Dr. Praderio is a Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, as well as Geriatric Psychiatry. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.
His academic appointments former Assistant Clinical Professor with Yale University Department of Psychiatry and currently an Assistant Clinical Professor at Texas A&M Health Science Center.
