El Dr. Néstor Praderio, M.D. realizará una presentación a fondo para los cuidadores de un ser querido con la enfermedad de Alzheimer. Conozca los numerosos roles que asumen los cuidadores a lo largo de las etapas de evolución de la enfermedad. Obtenga un mejor entendimiento sobre la enfermedad de Alzheimer y sus desafíos tanto desde la perspectiva del cuidador como del paciente.

El Dr. Praderio también discutirá consideraciones de planificación financiera y legal, revisará consejos y recomendaciones para un “hogar seguro” sobre cómo manejar las actividades diarias con su ser querido.

Nestor H. Praderio, MD
Nestor H. Praderio, M.D. was born and raised in Argentina. He is a graduate of the University of La Plata School of Medicine and completed his residence in psychiatry at the Yale University affiliated program of Connecticut Valley Hospital in Middletown, Connecticut. His special interest is focused on Geriatric Psychiatry. He is a consultant of many nursing centers and assisted living units in South Texas. He is also the founder and president of "Face to Face" which is a no-profit organization and Alzheimer's Support Group. All of his time dedicated to this organization is volunteered and it includes; monthly meetings in which he speaks to family, caregivers and clinicians, annual "Face to Face Festival" and a yearly Coastal Bend Walk for Memory.
