Dr. Ercoli will discuss signs of dangerous driving in people with dementia, strategies for facilitating driver cessation, and laws pertaining to reporting dangerous drivers.

Dr. Linda Ercoli, PhD
Linda Ercoli, PhD. is a geriatric psychologist with a specialty in neuropsychology, dementia caregiver education, and management of behavior problems in people with dementia. She is the Interim Director of the UCLA Longevity Center. She has collaborated on numerous research studies on the early detection of dementia, and on clinical trials of treatments for cognitive impairment and geriatric depression. She developed cognitive training programs for people with age-related cognitive decline and cancer related cognitive impairment. Dr. Ercoli was the Director of Geriatric Psychology-Neuropsychology at the UCLA Semel Institute, and ran a clinical service for cognitive evaluations of older adults and training program for psychology interns and fellows (retiring in 2023).
