WellMed employees in North Texas recently joined Feed the City and Tango Charities at Globe Life Field to help break the Guinness World Record for the longest sandwich line.

Working alongside hundreds of volunteers, the team helped assemble 20,322 sandwiches, creating a line that stretched 1.44 miles and more than doubled the previous record of 10,520 sandwiches. Beyond the record-breaking achievement, the event made a meaningful impact on the community by providing meals for individuals and families facing food insecurity across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The sandwiches were distributed through Mission Arlington, New Life Church and 5 Loaves to help support those in need.
