Happy 15th anniversary to the Elvira Cisneros Senior Community Center!

The Elvira Cisneros Senior Center celebrated its 15th anniversary with a day of festivities, including food, music and dancing. The center, which opened its doors in September 2008, provides a variety of programs and services for seniors in the community, including fitness classes, educational workshops and social activities. 

“We’re celebrating all our members, and all the activities and festivities that we have here, and just enjoying these 15 years with hopefully another 15 more to go,” said Audri Torres, regional manager of the WellMed Charitable Foundation. 

The center has registered over 13,000 seniors in the past 15 years, and it has become a vital part of the community.
