Jana Cantu
Janna Cantu is a Board Certified Music Therapist, Compassion Fatigue Specialist, and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Practitioner. Her Texas based private practice- Soulcare- contracts with medical, corporate, and wellness organizations. Soulcare provides online (telehealth) therapy for "anyone on whom lives, limbs, or souls depend (c)". Janna offers a 5 session Accelerated Recovery Program for Compassion Fatigue. She coaches in "Food and Mood" and mind/body integration strategies to lower dependence on medications. Janna enjoys creating wellness retreats for corporate employee engagement and for spiritual ministers and their spouses. She loves chocolate and large dogs but struggles to keep both of them off the couch. Janna and her husband are multi-lingual international hikers.
