Martin Rechnitzer, Attorney/Mediator Counsel to Lovelace Law, P.C. concentrates his client practice on Wills/Trusts; Probate; Guardianship; and Business Formation/Representation.Martin has been appointed by courts as a Guardian Ad Litem or Attorney Ad Litem in probate and guardianship matters, and has also been appointed to serve in other fiduciary capacities as Permanent Guardian of the Estate/Person, Temporary Administrator in probate, and Trustee of a Management Trust. Martin also maintains a mediation practice. He has mediated cases involving probate disputes, guardianship disputes. He maintains law licenses in California and Texas. Martin has provided Pro Bono legal services with Texas Lawyers for Texas Veterans, and served for 7 years on the North Central Texas Regional Area Agency on Aging Advisory Committee representing Johnson County.
