Zanda Hilger, LPC
Zanda Hilger has been working with family caregivers for almost 20 years. Through her work with the three area agencies on aging in north central Texas, she developed a caregiver curriculum which she and her team provided in senior centers, libraries, and companies in 16 counties. She managed conferences, facilitated support groups, provided individual counseling, and created one of the first family caregiver websites in 2002. Zanda has coordinated Caregiver Teleconnection for four years, posts to social media, and edits a monthly e-newsletter. She is currently and has been a family caregiver herself.
