In this teleconnection, Rachel Cannady (Strategic Director, Cancer Caregiver Support – American Cancer Society) will discuss the multidimensional needs of those providing care to loved ones with cancer. She will describe the comprehensive suite of evidence-informed resources that the American Cancer Society has developed for caregivers.

Rachel Cannady
Rachel Cannady is the American Cancer Society’s Strategic Director of Cancer Caregiver Support, where she serves as the knowledge expert for the Society’s caregiver initiatives and activities. She is responsible for developing a nationwide strategic framework for coordinating, communicating, and integrating interdisciplinary and inter-organizational cancer caregiver research and program dissemination and implementation. She also coordinates the development and communication of key messages for internal and external audiences to advance the Society’s priorities, activities, initiatives and programs relative to cancer caregivers.
