Stretching & Mobility (Miami)
The Stretching and Mobility class is a full-body training to improve the range of motion and the functional mobility of the joints. Also, light muscle resistance and coordinated patterns of motion are implemented using the small Pilates ball.

Strength & Balance (McAllen)
Throughout the class, exercises will be performed standing or transitioning from seated to standing. The chair is placed in front of the participant to provide support. Participants are encouraged to gradually rely more on their balance, progressing from using two hands, to one hand, to no hands, and eventually to eyes closed.
