A year in service: ECC Look Back

Last year, WellMed employees were busy organizing more than 160 opportunities for volunteer service across the company.

Comprised of staff members with a passion for giving back. Employees collaborated in their local community councils to offer a chance for other employees to organize volunteer days and fundraisers for a variety of causes in the community.

San Antonio employees, led their local committee through nine different events on the corporate campus. A local favorite is the Lunchtime Loteria event benefiting the WellMed Charitable Foundation.

Hopping over to Florida, employees regularly incorporated volunteer activities into team meetings at the market office.

The fun traveled across all markets to include regular ramp builds with Texas Ramp Project, food bank workdays, on-site assembly activities and Alzheimer’s walks.
