Jasmine Kelley has more than 15 years of recreation, senior programming, special events, community outreach and administrative experience with the City of Dallas Park and Recreation Department. She also has previous experience with Aetna as a Health Concierge where she educated members on various elements of benefit plan information. She is currently furthering her education in Public Administration. There is a special place in her heart for older adults. Jasmine is poised to continue to grow and enhance her experience to make the quality of life for older adults simply amazing! She believes to smile and be kind always!
