With over a decade of dedicated service, he has been steadfast in his mission to reshape how men engage with their caregiving responsibilities, ensuring they are equipped to handle the emotional and logistical demands with confidence. His experience cultivating culture change in the construction industry informs his work supporting men who are caregivers. He aims to build a community that will strengthen at least one million caregiving men by 2035 and set a bold new standard for caregiver support in the process.
