Can we go with the flow? Make our decisions with the current? Resist the urge to force certainty where none can exist? \nJoin Dr Jamie this month in understanding the power that actually exists in “the unknown” and how we\, as caregivers can reduce our own anxiety and learn to embrace the concept of “uncertainty” in our lives as well as our loved ones. \n
