By applying a trauma-informed perspective\, we delve into the unique challenges faced by family caregivers\, acknowledging their emotional scars while guiding them toward healing and resilience. The session highlights practical strategies and insights to help caregivers navigate their journey with empathy\, self-compassion\, and renewed purpose. Through this approach\, we aim to inspire caregivers to embrace their own strength\, unlock their potential\, and turn their caregiving experience into a source of empowerment and growth. Everyone in attendance will also learn how to get a Free Registration during Mental Health Awareness Month to an amazing “Scars to Stars Day 2025” starring Hon Patrick Kennedy\, Ted Kennedy’s powerful Mental Health Advocate son\, and author of Profiles in Mental Health Courage. \n
